As co-founding Director, Susan has more than twenty-five years experience in the Public Relations and Communications industry and a wealth of knowledge about what works for mining and industrial organisations. With experience in all areas of video and print, Susan manages the day to day operations of MICOMM's production department.

Kate McInnes

Communications Advisor

Kate holds a double degree in Marketing and Professional Communication. She is an experienced communications consultant with a keen interest in professional writing and print publication development, and possesses a good working knowledge of graphic design concepts and the Adobe Creative Suite. Kate is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Management.

Jessica O'Neill

Communications Advisor

Jess has recently completed a double degree in Business and Professional Communication from CQUniversity. Her previous roles as a casual radio producer and promotions coordinator have provided Jess with a thorough understanding of journalistic matters and internal and external communications. She is a keen video editor, and is therefore well placed to provide advice and recommendations for your next video project.

Orin Lucke

Audio Visual Production, Senior Photographer

Orin is an experienced photographer, videographer, non-linear editor and image acquisition and manipulation specialist. Orin holds a Multimedia degree and has more than five years experience in this field. Orin is an accredited photographer with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography, and his skills are first rate.

Audio Visual Production, Senior Graphic Design Artist

Alan holds a Multimedia degree and specialises in new media development. Conversant with all things technical, his creative and fresh ideas ensure our graphic design and video production work is a level above our competitors. Alan is also an outstanding photographer.

Justin Hawley

Audio Visual Production

Justin boasts an outstanding multimedia portfolio and has experience in a wide range of fields. With more than three years of multimedia studies under his belt, Justin specialises in concept development for print publications, and can be trusted to produce unique and engaging designs. His previous role as marketing manager with a regional real estate company has provided Justin with a detailed understanding of advertising and consumer markets.

Brodie Hock

Production Assistant

Brodie graduated from CQUniversity in 2007 with a Bachelor of Multimedia Studies. His skills are far reaching, and cover everything from computing and IT to graphic design, videography and editing. We're excited about utilising Brodie's skills on your next project.

Julie Bryson

Administration

Julie joined MICOMM in 2007 and works hard to keep the team on track. With extensive experience in office administration, Julie's role encompasses the management of company databases, accounts and maintaining our office systems.
